How to remove Head Lice and the eggs without using dangerous chemicals.
To get rid of head lice and nits rub a little Zest BuzzOff cream into the scalp with your fingertips, a small area at a time, and massage gently, but thoroughly, until BuzzOff has been absorbed.
It is unnecessary to use a large amount of BuzzOff. When the scalp has been treated, brush the hair with a hairbrush to spread Zest BuzzOff through the hair to reach the egg sacs.
Leave for one hour or longer, BuzzOff will release the adhesive exuded by the louse to hold the egg sacs to the scalp and hair, then use a fine-toothed comb for easy removal of the nits and lice. There is no need for an immediate hair wash following treatment as BuzzOff strengthens and cares for the hair.
This, we believe, is the better way to solve the problem of head lice infestation, no harsh and toxic chemicals that may be harmful to the tender scalp of children.
One or two days after treatment examine the treated scalp carefully for any egg sacs or insects missed. If necessary, repeat the process, it is quite safe to do so.
In situations of high-risk infestations, e.g. a heavy outbreak at school where your child is in contact with other children, repeat the above procedure at 2-day intervals for one week to ensure continued protection. Usually this will be unnecessary, but it is reassuring to know that Zest BuzzOff will not damage the hair, to the contrary, it is also an excellent treatment for thinning and damaged hair.
BuzzOff is available on the BuzzOff page under Hair and Skin Beauty.
