THE IMPORTANCE OF WATER
You know that water is important to you, you swim in it, you wash in it, you drink it, we obtain food from the sea, and we need water to grow the flowers and the food crops, indeed all living things need water to sustain life.

What is safe water?

Is Carbon Dioxide dangerous?

Also produced are phosphoric and sulphuric acids, and various other acids are generated from alcohol during the process and in the muscles from strenuous exercises.

Why is Carbon Dioxide so detrimental to health?
Research has determined that a rapid increase in the concentration of acid that has formed and not fully released from cells causes cell damage. The health of cells are dependent on the oxygen/carbon dioxide exchange taking place and ideally that should take place almost as soon as the carbon dioxide reaction occurs, but delays occur because the response for removal of excess acid by the kidneys always lacks behind.
Even relatively small increases in acidity are detrimental and may affect many functions from nerves to enzyme production resulting in lowered energy levels and lack of ability to maintain normal body functions eventually leading to slow degeneration and ageing.
Diseases that utilize carbon dioxide concentrations as the destructive step in the development of the disease include osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, Alzheimer’s, autoimmune diseases [such as multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis] as well as many skin diseases and cancers.
Couldn’t we just breathe more oxygen?

Then how about decreasing the production of Carbon Dioxide?
There are ways to reduce the CO2 production in our cells, e.g. we can avoid over-indulgence of calorie-rich foods because they are readily absorbed into our body and metabolised to carbon dioxide, alcohols and fats.
