NEW LEXEN JUICER - WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY for normal household use. Please note that all postage to and fro is for customers’ account. The Lexen Electrical Juice Extractor has a limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials while in normal household use from the original date of delivery. Motor – 12 years, non-‘wear & tear’ parts 5 years, if the machine is used according to warranty instructions and operating manual. One year limited warranty for commercial (or partial commercial) use for motor only and no other warranties.
* If the Lexen Electrical Juice Extractor exhibits a defect while in normal household use, within the warranty period; we will, at our option, either repair or replace the said machine or defective part free of charge provided that it is delivered at your expense by insured mail, in proper packaging to our return address, as a condition to any warranty service obligation.
This warranty does not cover
* Damage to some ‘wear & tear’ parts including cleaning brush, wooden or plastic pusher, screen components or juice or pulp collector bowl. * Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the Lexen Electrical Juice Extractor, not caused by a direct defect in factory workmanship or materials. * Damage due to abuse, mishandling, alteration, misuse, tampering, accident, failure to follow care, operating and handling provisions mentioned here and in the operating manual instructions. * Damage caused by parts or service not authorised or performed by us.
If your Lexen Electrical Juice Extractor was damaged in shipment: Please immediately report this type of damage to the parcel carrier and have them file an inspection report to contact Boutiquehealth for further instructions. Do not send your Lexen Electrical Juice Extractor back to service centre without return authorisation. In no event shall our liability exceed the retail value of the Lexen Electrical Juice Extractor. We make no warranty with respect to defects caused by parts (including augers and plungers) from a source other than us. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights under New Zealand law.
When the machine is used as per the instructions mentioned in this warranty and in the operating manual the juicing gears should last for a long time. Ensure that seeds of fruits such as prunes, sugar cane and hard nuts should not be placed into the machine as this may cause damage to the gears.
In order to get the best use of your Lexen Electrical Juice Extractor, please read and follow the instructions in your operating manual.
Note: ¤ Do not put solid Ice into the machine ¤.
When grinding hard nuts such as Almonds etc., first soak them in water overnight, then feed them into the machine in small quantities.
